The Advantage Coach
The Athlete’s Coach
Stephanie Fitzpatrick AKA “The Advantage Coach”
is a passionate behavioral health advocate for athletes at every level. She believes that athletes being healthy happy and whole in every aspect of their lives produces the best version of them both on and off the playing surface. Stephanie provides this opportunity to athletes through life coaching services (with an emphasis on transition), spiritual coaching, motivational speaking, workshop facilitation, chaplaincy, and small group leadership. Her journey to this place of purpose has been an arduous one. Her love of sports began as a child. Her father was always watching or attending sporting events with her and educating her on the ins and outs so she would be knowledgeable.
She received her BIS with concentrations in Education, Entrepreneurial Management, and Business Management from Georgia State University. She later received an MS in Human Services with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. As she began her career in education after college she remained a sports fan but with a different focus. Stephanie soon started to recognize the individuality of the athletes as much as the sports they played. Her attention became fixed on their mental and emotional state rather than their physical prowess. After witnessing firsthand the struggles of some top-tier athletes in transition from one phase of life to another (ie high school to college or college to professional or professional to life after) and noticing how she was able to build rapport and trust with them, she obtained her ICF Accredited certification as a Life Coach. From that moment on she has dedicated almost all of her energy to making the lives of athletes better.
Her resume includes Chick fil Play It Smart Academic Coach in Atlanta Public Schools, Board Member for the Touchdown Club of Atlanta, a partner in New Breed Works LLC, acting manager for Kinnected Opportunities LLC, Life Coach for Pro Football Hall of Fame Behavioral Health Program, co-host of Rice Awards Nominated Field to the Real Podcast, partner in Field to the Real Project, Ambassador for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Huddle leader and Chaplain at college level) and owner of 7 Crowns Enterprises LLC. Stephanie plans to continue to make a difference wherever she can to give athletes an advantage in life!
